  • create a life you love filled with that which gives you meaning without sacrificing who you really are, on your own terms and not necessarily about fitting in or what you “should” do

I would love for you to join me for four weeks in order to boost your happiness factor and live a more fulfilled life.


Main goal of the program:


For you to take steps in order to get unstuck, live a less stressful life, and enjoy life more.


Program objectives:

  1. Define your passion (even if it’s not work related to add joy into your life)
  2. Gain clarity on what your ideal life looks like
  3. Create goals so that you live with more purpose
  4. Develop a healthy mindset (so you can stop negative self talk and limiting thinking patterns)
  5. Get out of your comfort zone (because your life will expand when you do this)
  6. Discuss ways to stay motivated

Support from other group members will be beneficial. You will see how small, daily actions will make a difference.

  • Four 60-minute sessions via teleconference
  • Access to a private Facebook group so you can keep in touch with group members (and myself) throughout the entire 4 weeks for even more support and accountability

I whole-heartedly believe in coaching and the process. If you have “done your part” of the work / assignments and decide to discontinue before the 4 weeks is completed, you would receive a refund for the prorated amount of the remaining time. While coaching can be absolutely life changing, like anything, what you put into it is what you get out of it. You have to do your part and keep in mind that change does not happen overnight. I can promise that if you give it your all, fully show up, and make this a priority, you will be satisfied with the results.

Refund Policy: If you register and decide to cancel your registration before April 1st, you will be refunded your money, minus a $35 administration fee.
