Interested in an inspirational workshop or seminar for a group, organization, company, or your next ladies' night in? I conduct workshops on topics such as happiness, reducing burnout and work stress, goal setting, positive psychology and overall mental wellness. I love to help people change their negative thought patterns and become more aware of what they can do for themselves in order to prevent unnecessary stress and overwhelm.
I have been trained to disseminate several research-based programs developed by major universities. I have also received 30 hours of mind-body training in positive psychology from Harvard University's Benson-Henry Institute.
With an interest in health promotion, my focus is based on positive mental health, living your best life and holistic health & wellness rather than disease and pathology. My focus is on prevention and solutions.
