While doing more with less is a trend, not having strategies in place to deal with stress in the workplace can impact productivity, morale, absenteeism and presenteeism.

I am passionate about mental wellness, stress reduction, and resiliency in the workplace. As a Certified Health Education Specialist with a Master of Public Health, I provide workshops with an emphasis on positive mental health, burnout prevention and stress reduction. I am trained to disseminate the evidence-based “Coping with Work and Family Stress” intervention developed by Yale University.

I also speak for groups on topics such as living with intention, designing your ideal life, preventing burnout, goal setting, positive psychology and overall mental wellness. I love to help people change their negative thought patterns and become more aware of what they can do for themselves in order to prevent unnecessary stress and overwhelm.

With an interest in health promotion, my focus is based on positive mental health and holistic health & wellness rather than disease and pathology. My focus is on prevention and solutions.
