workshops

Interested in an inspirational workshop or seminar for a group, organization, company, or your next ladies' (or guys’) night in?

I conduct workshops on living your best life. Topics include living with intention, designing your ideal life, preventing burnout, goal setting, positive psychology and overall mental wellness. I love to help people change their negative thought patterns and become more aware of what they can do for themselves in order to prevent unnecessary stress and overwhelm.

I have been trained to disseminate several research-based programs developed by major universities. I have also received 30 hours of mind-body training in positive psychology from Harvard University's Benson-Henry Institute.

With an interest in health promotion, my focus is based on positive mental health and holistic health & wellness rather than disease and pathology. My focus is on prevention and solutions.

workshop topics include:

  • Coping with Work and Family Stress
    Offered as a 1, 4, 6 or 16-week program

  • Goal Setting and Living with Intention: Design Your Best Year Yet

  • Get Your Happy On

  • Stress Reduction for a More Balanced Life

  • Dream it, Do it

  • Flourishing 101: How to Increase Your Happiness Factor and Live with Purpose

  • Five Steps to Flourishing

  • Change Your Thoughts and Mindset for Positive Mental Health

  • Mindfulness 101

  • Dream Boards Workshop

Purpose and meaning are essential to your well-being and quality of life!
